Inicio has celebrated the Girls in ICT day since 2016. The International Girls in ICT day is an initiative by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and is celebrated yearly on the last Thursday of April. The aim is to create a global environment that empowers and encourages girls and young women to consider careers in the growing field of ICT.
This year we invite 100 girls ,of ages 13 – 19, to participate in a full day of hands on activities and case studies. The event will tale place on the 25th of April at KTH Kista 09:00-16:00. Register here.

The Mentorspace by Inicio is a physical place where participants experience hands-on practice with digital technology and electronics, developing abilities for problem solving, individual learning style and personal growth through mentorship. The open knowledge sharing eases social inclusion for all ages, genders, cultural backgrounds and educational levels.
